Isolation of Single Species of Bacteria with Swarming Ability from Human Feces

The picture (image) files are the original raw scanned plates that were then cropped for display in the protocol.  The MALDI files are original spectra with summarized PDF files. Please note that many samples on MALDI were re-done so duplicate test organism labels are shown. Some of these were contaminated lanes so the exact annotation is on the protocol table, as samples were re-run, with the corresponding target position (also sample name). This PDF file contains multiple additional samples not presented in the protocol table. The sequence files are the metadata for all genomic sequences and bacterial annotations contained in the paper.  Raw sequenced reads (FASTQ) have been submitted to the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). This data can be accessed through the NCBI’s Sequence Read Archive (SRA) using the following BioProject ID: PRJNA994267.
