资源简介:
This dataset comprises the raw data presented in the article “Electron Flow in Solids and Ion-Transport-Generated Magnetic Fields as New Dimensions for Control and Sensing in Nanofluidics.” It includes various types of measurement data, such as transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images, current–voltage (I–V) curves, and current–magnetic field (B–I) curves. The step data for the current and magnetic field were obtained by extracting stable segments from time-domain signals (converted from the sampling frequency) and averaging these segments. Almost data are stored in text files, with each column header specifying the physical quantity, unit, solution environment, device number, and other relevant parameters. A standard deviation (SD) column is included for applicable datasets; note that voltage data do not contain standard deviation values. The data were acquired using multiple instruments, including TEM, SEM, and electromagnetic measurement systems. For time-series signals, processing involved identifying and extracting stable signal intervals, followed by arithmetic averaging to improve representativeness and reduce noise. Each row in the data tables corresponds to a single observation or measurement under specific experimental conditions. Column labels clearly indicate the physical quantities represented, and all values are provided with corresponding units. The dataset is complete with no missing data. Potential uncertainties arising from instrument precision and environmental fluctuations are reflected in the standard deviation values, where provided, which serve as a reference for assessing data reproducibility and reliability.
