This trial investigates the efficacy of immunotherapy for maintenance after riskadaptedadjuvant therapy for locally advanced but resectable head and necksquamous cell carcinoma.The aim of this trial is primarily to show a superiority of the immunotherapy in termsof 3 year disease free survival and secondarily in terms of local regional control,distant metastasis free survival, overall survival and quality of life.
