This repository contains datasets describing the DADA2 ASVs generated from Tara Oceans 18S V9 rDNA data. The ASVs were generated using the nf-core workflow ampliseq. Please refer to the readme file (README.html) for more details. Compared to the previous version (1.1.0), the trimming length parameters (trunclenf and trunclenr) have been increased from 80 to 90.
