Influence of homo-oligomerization.

This table shows a summary of the Face Position Similarity distributions of Fig. 3 after excluding diversity introduced by a protein chain binding to the same homo-oligomer at different positions. We used two different definitions for homomers: at the sequence level, all chains in the assembly come from the same protein. In a ‘structural homomer’, they only come from the same family.
