Geneship analysis of porcine femoral arteries after minimally invasive repair by different means of closure

After observing the surgical wounds on the 28th postoperative day, the experimental animals were put to death. Vascular tissues from the surgical site were taken and subjected to gene microarray analysis. This was used to examine the effect of TAG repair in the experimental group and Exoseal repair in the control group. Three Exoseal treated samples and three TAG treated samples were analyzed. Exoseal is a commercially available vascular closure device and TAG is the vascular glue used in the experiment.
