资源简介:

This dataset integrated multimodal neuroimaging resources: the individualized DU15NET atlas (400 parcels) for human brains and the TIAN15ICA atlas (192 parcels, derived from independent component analysis) for marmoset brains. An integrated knowledge- and data-driven cross-species mapping algorithm was developed, implementing systematic brain network parcellation mapping through expert-defined biological correspondence across 15 functional networks. Key findings from the mapping include: (1) Strong cross-species conservation of primary sensorimotor (visual, somatosensory, auditory) networks, though these networks occupy proportionally larger cortical areas in marmosets; (2) Significant evolutionary divergence in higher-order associative networks, with human default and control networks differentiating from single components into multiple subnetworks accompanied by substantial cortical expansion; (3) Complex evolutionary pathways in intermediate hierarchical networks (e.g., marmoset higher visual networks), which segregate into human dorsal attention and language networks; (4) Functional integration in the human action network, incorporating auditory and attentional components to form the salience/parietomemory network. The open-access cross-species mapping resource generated provides a standardized tool for cross-species comparative neuroscience research.
