EPIs of HiChIP and Hi-C samples

A study on enhancer-promoter interactions (EPIs). The files contain all potential EPIs using enhancers obtained from FANTOM and ENCODE, genes from GENCODE, and loop interactions from HiChIP and Hi-C Edit as of 2/12/2026 The original source used to generate the Hi-C samples is no longer available and was updated with a new set. This dataset has subsequently been updated accordingly.
