Real Time PCR to detect changes in target gene(mRNA lncRNA) expression in hypertensive cerebral haemorrhage samples.

Eighteen human blood samples were collected, including six normal control blood samples, five blood samples from hypertensive patients and seven blood samples from hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients. SYBR GreenⅠReal Time PCR was used to detect the changes of mRNA and lncRNA transcript levels in blood samples from hypertensive cerebral haemorrhage.
