Transcriptome analysis of Sporothrix globosa isolate F444 in response to Berberine hydrochloride treatment

This study investigates the global gene expression changes in Sporothrix globosa isolate F444 following exposure to Berberine hydrochloride. The aim is to understand the antifungal mechanism of Berberine hydrochloride against this pathogenic fungus.
