Transcriptome sequencing of dnaA mutants of Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Rv

This study explored the effect of clinically observed dnaA non-synonymous substitutions on the transcriptome of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Three different mutations were engineered into the native dnaA locus of Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Rv. Each mutation and wildtype strain was constructed three times independently to serve as biological replicates.
