## Data and code to accompany the research entitled " Biogeography and evolutionary patterns of temperate deciduous forests in the Northern Hemisphere"

# There are two folders with (1) "data" and (2) "scripts".

# The "data" folder contains two additional folders ("Input" and "Output") with CSV and XLSX files with all the data used for analysis and produced from them. These data files are accompanied by a "metadata.xlsx" file with data descriptions.

# The "scripts" folder contains three scripts for the analyses described in the manuscript:
