The dataset includes results of the DUNN and WILCOXON signed-rank test for multiple comparisons between depth ranges and sites for the fish species data. The number at the top is Dunn's pairwise p-value for each comparison with Bonferroni correction associated with the test. At the bottom is the p-value for each comparison using Wilcoxon signed-rank test. PERMANOVA p-values of fish species abundance for multiple comparisons between depth ranges and sites. SIMPER results from the pairwise comparisons of the fish species at depth ranges and sites: average percent dissimilarity, contribution (%) to the similarity, and cumulative total (%) of contributions (80% cut-off).
