Antioxidant-enrichedautologous biogel promoted diabetic wound healing by the remodeling of inherent posttraumatic inflammatory patterning and restored compromising microenvironment homeostasis

RNA-seq analysis showed that the AM gel treatment could restore more favorable immune tissue homeostasis with unique inflammatory patterning by the dramatically diminished intensity of acute and chronic inflammation. Currently, AM gel could be a novel and promising therapeutic strategy for diabetic wounds in clinical scenarios by reconstructing more favorable immune homeostasis in tissue microenvironment by orchestrating a proper post-traumatic inflammation patterning.
