Next Generation Sequencing Analysis of control and siCHERP treated RKO cell Transcriptomes

We treated the RKO cells with siCHERP or control siRNA for 72 hours. Then we extracted the RNAs and performed the next generation sequencing. By comparing sequcing data from siCHERP and contron siRNA treated samples, we profiled the gene expression regulated by siRNA. RKO cells mRNA profiles of Control and siCHERP treated samples were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina HiSeq 2000.
