资源简介:
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases, and its incidence is increasing worldwide. In recent years, the critical role of the gut microbiota in neurodegenerative diseases has emerged. Probiotics, inspired by the link between gut microbes and the brain, have become a new strategy for treating or preventing cognitive impairment in AD. The aim of this study was to assess the effects of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus-fermented milk on cognitive impairment, amyloid plaques, neurotransmitter concentrations and neuroinflammation in transgenic mice. In addition, we assessed changes in the gut microbiota and fecal differential metabolites before and after the fermented milk intervention.
