VPRS 11397 Student Safety Committee Minutes

The Student Safety Committee was established to investigate all matters pertaining to the safety of students at school or whilst engaged in school activities, and to provide the Department with advice and recommendations for improvements in the area of student safety.The meetings were held on an approximately monthly basis.Contents of the minutes include the names of those present at the meeting, and apologies from those not attending, confirmation of minutes from the previous meeting, business arising from the minutes, special business for discussion, correspondence received, memorandums, any reports presented to the committee, general business, and notice of the next meeting. Also included are any relevant attachments or appendices.Business of the meeting is usually summarised in point form on a cover sheet with the bulk of the information contained in the attached correspondence, reports and memoranda.The series is incomplete with some of the minutes missing.
