Differentially abundant OTUs.

Tables containing differentially abundant OTUs for each factor (breed and diet) with both pipelines (DESeq2 and ALDEx2) and overlapping of both pipelines. Prevalence represents the proportion of samples in which each OTU is found. For DESeq2, normalized counts per group (Ncounts), fold change (log2FC) and adjusted p-value (padj) are shown. For ALDEx2, relative abundance per group (RA), median difference in CLR values between factor groups (diff.btw) and Welch’s test adjusted p-value (we.eBH) are shown. In overlapping tables information of both pipelines is shown. (XLSX)
