We used DamID-Sequencing of a DAM-ZFP266 fusion protein and DAM only control to identify binding sites for ZFP266 in mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs). We identified >15,000 ZFP266 binding sites which are significantly enriched for SINEs and AP-1 complex transcription factor motifs.
