Bacillus thuringiensis strain:HS18-1 Genome sequencing and assembly

Strain HS18-1 is a typical Bacillus thuringiensis which display an insecticidal activity against Diptera. Through the previous study showed that this strain had more than five novel cry genes. In order to well understand the information of the cry genes and the genome information about this strain we display this genomic research.
