Cyberloafing/Job Performance Dataset

My study looks at Cyberloafing (use of work technology/Internet for non-work-related purposes) and how it affects individual's job performance. Hypotheses include a negative relationship between cyberloafing and job performance, with the mediators of job stress and psychological detachment. Cyberloafing has a negative relationship with job stress (JS), but a positive relationship with psychological detachment (PD). JS has a negative relationship with job performance, but PD has a positive relationship with job performance. Findings indicate that cyberloafing should be limited in the workplace to improve job performance, and confirms correlations between JS, PD, and job performance, and offers suggestions on the management of Internet behaviors.
