Expression profiling analysis to identify POH1-regulated genes

This work determined the POH1 regulated genes in the absence or presence of TGF-ß in SMMC-7721 cells through genome-wide transcriptome sequencing. Overall design: SMMC-7721 cells stably expressing vector control or exogenous POH1 were cultured in the absence or presence of TGF-ß. 24 hours after TGF-ß treatment, cells were subjected to RNA sequencing analysis.
