What is the role of the Heart Foundation in community walks? Do the walks increase the understanding of the benefits of moderate exercise? Finally, do the walks increase the participation in moderate exercise by community members? The main variables are; what type of exercise did you engage in, how often did you exercise, in particular how often and in what situations did you walk; what you thought the health benefits of walking were, and whether you were aware of the advertising campaign associated with the Heart Walk project or not.
