Institutional Clumsiness: Bureaucratic Constraints

Replication data for "Institutional Clumsiness: Bureaucratic Constraints in China's Digital Propaganda." Contains metadata and tweet-level data from 890 Twitter accounts involved in China's information operation during the 2019 Hong Kong protests. Includes cleaned datasets, time-series data, and text samples. The files china_082019_1_tweets.csv, china_082019_2_tweets.csv, china_082019_1_users.csv and china_082019_2_users.csv serve as secondary data, originally obtained from the Mooney (2019) dataset hosted on Kaggle. These files provide the foundational metadata for the spatiotemporal analysis conducted in this study.
