资源简介:
A 5 point Likert scale attitudinal data regarding an e-gov IS is a type of survey response that measures an individual's attitude towards an electronic government information system (e-gov IS) on a scale of 1 to 5. The Likert scale typically ranges from strongly agree (5) to strongly disagree (1), with the midpoint indicating a neutral stance. The survey has been used to collect data on various aspects of the e-gov IS, such as system quality, information quality, service quality, economic quality, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and net perceived benefits. The data collected through the Likert scale has been analyzed to understand the respondents' perceptions of the e-gov IS and to identify the interconnections.
