From Stress to Recovery: Divergent Chilling Responses in Contrasting Miscanthus sinensis Genotypes
收藏资源简介:
This dataset accompanies the manuscript “From Stress to Recovery: Divergent Chilling Responses in Contrasting Miscanthus sinens by Sobańska et al. The dataset contains measurements from two Miscanthus sinensis genotype. The Plants were subjected to a stepwise chilling regime, including pre-hardening (10°C/5°C), hardening (5°C/2°C), and chilling (0.5°C/0°C), followed by recovery under control conditions (25°C). Samples were collected at five time points (0, 7Ze, 21, 22, and 36 days) for physiological, biochemical, and transcriptomic analyses. RNA-seq data used in this paper are available in the ArrayExpress repository, accession number: PacBio data - E-MTAB-15228, Illumina data - E-MTAB-15229 (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/arrayexpress/studies). The Excel file includes: Physiological parameters (WUEi, An, Ci/Ca, gs, Fv/Fm, PIABS, SPAD) Biomterics traits Biochemical traits (electrolyte leakage, ABA, JA,SA) Cell wall saccharide composition (glucose, xylose, arabinose, galactose, rhamnose, mannose) Raffinose family oligosaccharides (raffinose, stachyose, galactinol) Metadata (genotype, treatment, replicated) These data support integrative analyses of chilling responses, highlighting structural and hormonal mechanisms underpinning cold tolerance in M.sinensis.
