Least square mean values for cfu/ml, CMI index and LS/LL from Table S1 were divided into 5 categories; 1 = 6.9–9.1, 2 = 9.2–11.1, 3 = 11.2–13.1, 4 = 13.2–15.1, 5 = above 15.2. The five categories for the CMI and LS/LL scores were: 1 (0–1), 2 (1.1–2.0), 3 (2.1–3.0), 4 (3.1–4), and 5 (4.1and above). Accessions are organized from lower to higher CMI values. Underlined and bold accessions were identified to carry PdR1 resistance locus. (XLSX)
