Set relevant parameters for the EL (Electroluminescence) detector, such as detection voltage, current, exposure time and other indicators, according to the type and specification of the photovoltaic modules of the photovoltaic sunshade. Then analyze the defect types and locations of the photovoltaic modules based on the electroluminescent images provided by the EL detector. This detection method can be applied to the following two aspects:
1. Defect Treatment: For the detected defects, timely recording and handling shall be conducted. Corresponding treatment measures such as repair or replacement shall be taken based on the defect types and locations. The causes of such defects can be classified into two categories: raw material-related causes and human-related causes. Although the quality of incoming raw materials cannot be fully controlled, it is entirely possible to avoid such defects by strengthening management in each relevant manufacturing process to reduce the impact of human factors, and ensuring that all modules pass the EL inspection 100% before shipment. For photovoltaic sunshades, rough manual installation will also lead to the reoccurrence of defects;
2. Report Compilation: Organize the detection results into a clear, concise and easy-to-understand report that detailedly records the performance status of the photovoltaic sunshade and the identified problems. This report enables production teams and management to fully understand the performance of the photovoltaic sunshade and the required improvement measures.
For photovoltaic sunshade products, daily EL inspections are carried out on every product each month prior to shipment. Specifically, set relevant parameters for the EL detector, such as detection voltage, current, exposure time, detection location and other indicators, according to the type and specification of the photovoltaic modules of the photovoltaic sunshade. Then analyze the defect types and locations of the photovoltaic modules based on the electroluminescent images provided by the EL detector, summarize the daily test data, and count the defect type and defect location with the highest proportion in the corresponding month.
