Zoning

A polygon feature representing zoning within the City of Alexandria, Virginia. Each polygon encompasses the zoning of all the parcels that are within the polygon boundary limits. The city planners use zoning information to determine what constitutes an allowed uses of the parcels within a zoning area. Please refer to the City of Alexandria Zoning Code for specific details on permitted and restricted uses for each zone. Layer contains information on ordinance and Zone name.
