16S amplicon sequencing of prokaryotes associated to floating microfibers sampled at the Mediterranean Sea. This folder contains information on microbial diversity of floating microfibers (MFs) at the Mediterranean Sea, published at PLOS ONE “Vibrio spp and other potential pathogenic bacteria associated to microfibers in the North-Western Mediterranean Sea” (Pedrotti et al., 2022). 1.
