Data of de novo assembly and functional annotation of transcriptome of Seven Peninsular Malaysian Amomum Roxb. species

The unigene file provided represents the transcriptome data of seven Amomum species found in Peninsular Malaysia. De novo assembly using Trinity software was conducted, followed by the utilization of corset software to obtain unigenes. A coassembly approach was utilized to generate this data.
