This thesis introduces the Dynamic Integrated National Security Ecosystem (DINSE)—a first-of-its-kind, multidisciplinary framework that reimagines the future of national security in the 21st century. DINSE uniquely integrates Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Internet of Things, and Robotics with ethical consciousness, governance philosophy, and civil–military collaboration, creating a rare and holistic ecosystem for defence and strategic innovation. Unlike conventional studies limited to either technology or policy, this research advances a unified security architecture that balances three eternal foundations: Strength (Indra – Power), Dharma (Bharata – Ethical Governance), and Knowledge (Brahma – Wisdom & Creation). As an independent, pioneering contribution, this work aspires to set a new benchmark in international scholarship, offering both theoretical depth and practical pathways for global security, defence policy, and strategic studies. It is envisioned as a reference point for: Policymakers shaping national security doctrines, Military and defence institutions worldwide, International think tanks and academic researchers, and Future curricula in strategic and defence studies. DINSE is not just a framework—it is a visionary blueprint for resilience, innovation, and peace in an increasingly complex global order.
