This thesis introduces the Dynamic Integrated National Security Ecosystem (DINSE)—a first-of-its-kind, multidisciplinary framework that reimagines the future of national security in the 21st century. DINSE uniquely integrates Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Internet of Things, and Robotics with ethical consciousness, governance philosophy, and civil–military collaboration, creating a rare and holistic ecosystem for defence and strategic innovation. Unlike conventional studies limited to either technology or policy, this research advances a unified security architecture that balances three eternal foundations: Strength (Indra – Power), Dharma (Bharata – Ethical Governance), and Knowledge (Brahma – Wisdom & Creation).
