COX-2 Reprograms the Metabolic Secretome in Triple Negative Human Breast Cancer Xenografts.

The data uploaded here consist of raw NMR data obtained from EV and COX-2 breast cancer models. The dataset includes plasma samples, tumor interstitial fluid, and tumor tissue extracts containing small metabolites. Here, for the first time, we characterize the impact of COX-2 overexpression in triple-negative breast cancer xenografts on the tumor metabolic secretome. Our findings reveal a potential role for COX-2–mediated metabolic reprogramming in shaping an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.
