The following appendix firstly contains detailed descriptions of the methodological procedure in the dissertation (application of process tracing, interview guidelines, evaluation system for the interviews, procedure for the media analyses, etc.), which can be used as a basis for similar research projects. Secondly, some of the data analyses for the case studies are included in aggregated form, such as the results of the media analysis or the evaluation of the participation contributions.
