Replication Data for Factors associated with Anganwadi Workers’ service delivery of Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) in rural India: A cross-sectional analysis of household and community health workers’ surveys.

This secondary data is from an endline survey conducted in 2019 across 12 districts of two northern Indian states– Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Bihar – to evaluate the effectiveness of a mHealth intervention to enable AWWs digitally. It contains an analytical sample of 6653 mothers of children below 12 months, 2398 pregnant women, and 1344 AWW from 841 villages across 12 districts (six of which had implemented and six districts that had not implemented the mHealth intervention).
