Human endothelial cells stimulated with cytokines, with or without inhibitors (BCL6, NFKB, JAK inhibitors)
1. In primary human endothelium, phospho-proteins were measured in cell lysates by multiplex luminex assay (MilliPlex and BioPlex): TNFa for NFKB, IFNG for STAT1
2. In primary human endothelium, phosphorylated and total NFKB were measured in monolayers using the Lumit assay
3. NFKB-TIME endothelial cells (from ATCC) were assayed for NFKB transcriptional activity using a luciferase assay (Promega)
