This FAIRsharing record describes: ChecklistBank (CLB) is a repository for taxonomic datasets of various kinds that allows users to publish, discover, use and manage such lists in a variety of formats.

ChecklistBank is hosted by GBIF and developed collaboratively by GBIF and the Catalogue of Life. The software is a public-facing evolution of an internal system (also called checklist bank) that has driven the GBIF species API, and its backend (Java) and frontend (JS React) source code are managed in GitHub.
