资源简介:
Lepturinae is the third largest subfamily of the longhorn beetle family (Cerambycidae), comprising numerous species, but its phylogenetic relationships remain unclear. To address this, we sequenced and annotated the complete mitogenomes Encyclops hubeiensis, which was 16,448 bp in length, respectively. Each mitogenome contained 37 genes, including 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNAs (tRNAs), two ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs), and a control region. Most PCGs used ATN as the start codon; notably, nad1 initiated with TTG. All PCGs terminated with either TAN or a single T as the stop codon. Except for tRNA-Ser in E. hubeiensis, which lacked the conventional DHU arm and instead formed a simple loop, all other tRNAs displayed the typical cloverleaf secondary structure. Phylogenetic trees reconstructed from 13 mitochondrial PCGs and 13 PCGs_AA datasets further supported the monophyly of Lepturinae and clarified the phylogenetic relationships among its tribes.
