Genomic survey of Macrophomina isolates from various hosts and locations

A survey of the genus Macrophomina was conducted to identify host-genotype associations, pangenomic structure and mechanisms of genetic exchange. Short-read sequence data were obtained for hundreds of Macrophomina spp. isolates collected from over 90 host plant species in nearly 30 countries.
