This sector plan was developed in keeping with Tallahassee and Leon County's commitment to promote the Southern Strategy, and to satisfy the Comprehensive Plan requirements for a comprehensive development plan for the Southwood property within the urban service area. This feature layer represents that designated boundary of that sector.
