Needle and stem histogical data for Pinus pinaster plasticity study

This dataset contains the data that correspond to the article "Needle anatomic plasticity is related to better water-use efficiency and resistance to embolism in fast-growing Pinus pinaster families in conditions of water scarcity". The dataset is composed of two files: Variables_Needle_Anatomy_Data.txt : measurements and numeric data coming from 177 seedlings of Pinus pinaster (60 variables measured) Variables_Needle_Anatomy_Description.docx : definition of variables and units
