Using a NicheXplorer platform, we identified an engineered mesenchymal niche reprogrammed by combinatorial expression of EP300 and FOXP1 that enables the expansion of Ba/F3 and the ex vivo maintenance of functional LT-HSCs. To investigate the mechanism, we performed bulk RNA-seq on EP300/FOXP1 niche cells versus GFP controls.
