Adaptive Hybrid SRAM-PUF and CFO Authentication for LoRaWAN: Hardware Scripts and Analysis Pipeline

Hardware capture scripts, Arduino firmware, and analysis pipeline supporting four empirical studies of SRAM-PUF and CFO RF fingerprinting authentication for LoRaWAN IoT devices. The testbed comprises two Adafruit Feather M0 RFM95W and two STM32 B-L072Z-LRWAN1 modules, each paired with Microchip 23K640 external SRAM chips, and an RTL-SDR Blog V3 receiver at 868.1 MHz. The pipeline reproduces all figures and canonical statistics (EER = 1.21%, AUC = 0.9991) reported in the associated publications. This version adds the directly-measured-temperature thermal-stress raw captures underlying the compound thermal–distance study (D4): Device A (Feather M0 + SRAM1) PUF and RF captures at 45 cm across ~23–42 °C, and Device C (STM32 B-L072Z + SRAM2) PUF and RF captures at 50 cm across 27–56 °C, each logged with a DS18B20 (±0.5 °C) probe bonded adjacent to the SRAM.
