Biographiearbeit in der Naturtherapie

Menschen sind „Geschichten erzählende Wesen“. Sie nehmen „mit allen Sinnen“ auf, was ihnen auf dem Lebensweg begegnet, sich einprägt, verkörpert wird (embodiment) und sich damit zur Biographie formt. Biographiearbeit heißt, Lebenskontexte (embeddedness) und Lebenserzählungen teilen, auswerten und so zu sinnstiftender Lebensüberschau zu finden. Durch die Menschheitsgeschichte zieht sich „Biographisches Erzählen“, Nachdenken, Sprechen, auch Schreiben von und über Biographie und ihre sozioökologischen Kontexte, besonders auch in der Natur. Es ist offenbar ein natürliches Verhalten des „Gruppenwesens“ Mensch auf dem Wege durch das Leben und durch die Evolution. Wir sehen mit der modernen „Entwicklungspsychologie der Lebensspanne“ ein „lifelong learning“ auch in der und mit der Natur. Das systematisch erlebnisaktivierend zu betrachten, und zu reflektieren macht Integrative Biographieerarbeitung aus. Der Artikel erläutert Konzepte und Methoden der Biographiearbeit mit unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen. Humans are „story-telling beings“. They take in “with all their senses” what they encounter on their path through life, what they memorize, what is embodied (embodiment) and thus what forms a biography. Biography work means sharing and evaluating life contexts (embeddedness) and life stories and thus finding a meaningful overview of life. “Biographical storytelling”, thinking, speaking, also writing about and about biography and its socio-ecological contexts, especially in nature, runs through human history. Apparently it is a natural behavior of the „group being“ man on the way through life and through evolution. With the modern “developmental psychology of the life span” we see a “lifelong learning” also in and with nature. To look at and reflect on this systematically in an experience-activating way is what defines integrative biography development.
