Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease with diverse clinical manifestations. Renal involvement, or lupus nephritis (LN), is a frequent and severe complication that significantly impacts patient morbidity and mortality. This study aimed to identify the key risk factors associated with the development and progression of nephropathy in SLE patients, particularly those with concomitant arterial hypertension (AH).
