Supplementary Data for the Study on the Role of LIMK1 and PKM in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)

This dataset includes raw qPCR amplification and melting curves, ELISA data for inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α), immunohistochemistry images for macrophage infiltration (F4/80), cell proliferation (Ki67), and intestinal mucus secretion (Muc2), as well as quantification data from these assays. These data support the findings of the study on the therapeutic potential of <b>HLBJ</b> (Bletilla striata and Rhizoma coptidis) in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
