Synthetic canopy scenarios and SCOPE simulation output

We derived two physically-based reflectance indices to account for canopy structure effects on SIF. The dataset is used for testing the indices. A number of scenarios are included, as well as the output of SCOPE simulation. The input file provides the information of the specific values of the model parameters and the settings. One may generate the output with the input file and the SCOPE model, which is a public and open source model. The main output used in our testing is included in the dataset.
