This dataset supports the manuscript titled 'Knowledge Hiding in Academia: Impact of Competition, Complexity, Territoriality, and Self-Efficacy' submitted to Knowledge Management Research & Practice. It includes survey responses from graduate students in Indonesia. This dataset contains variables used including knowledge hiding, competition, knowledge complexity, knowledge territoriality, and self-efficacy among graduate students. Data were collected through a self-administered survey, and analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM.
