MolMeDB (Molecules on Membranes Database) is an open, comprehensive and interactive database about interactions of (small) molecules. The database primarily contains information on interactions of molecules with biomembranes (passive interactions) and is gradually supplemented by interactions of molecules with molecular transporters (active interactions). Data is obtained from the publicly-accessible literature; however, their inconsistent format and small amount do not provide sufficient insight to understand the related issues. For that reason, most of the data is obtained by in-house calculations simulating the penetration of a molecule through the membrane and computing the details of their interactions.

MolMeDB RDF is a semantic version of MolMeDB, providing data in an interoperable and machine-readable semantic format.
The newest version of MolMeDB RDF can be queried via SPARQL endpoint at https://idsm.elixir-czech.cz/sparql/endpoint/molmedb
