General Practice Specialties

This concept set was developed as part of an ad-hoc data quality analysis aimed at evaluating a primary care cohort. It was used to help identify both a cohort of primary care patients and which providers and care sites might reliably be considered primary care related. For the particular analysis for which it was initially developed, this concept set was also used in conjunction with a concept set of well-child diagnoses and procedures, as well as several attrition criteria to measure continuity of care across regular intervals.
